Facebook Inc is looking to go public between April and June 2012 with a valuation of over $100 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

Google Music has just slashed prices for popular albums to the tune of $1.99. Like many companies on Cyber Monday, Google is working to sway consumers into opening their virtual pocketbooks — although this is its recently-launched music service’s first foray into holiday discounts.

Google Music’s $1.99 promotion applies to fresh albums from Coldplay, Rihanna, Drake, Justin Bieber, David Guetta, Mary J. Blige, LMFAO, Florence and the Machine, Lady Antebullum and other artists. New research and findings are “sounding alarm bells” for urgent action to halt global warming, the United Nation’s top official on climate change, Christiana Figueres, told journalists on Sunday.
